Greg Ward is an insurance appraiser and building consultant with more than fifteen years of experience and has adjusted insurance claims in seventeen states on behalf of more than 10 insurance carriers. The majority of claims were handled with two major carriers. Overall, Mr. Ward has personally handled more than 5,000 1st party insurance claims.

In possession of the “IAUA” appraisal and P.L.A.N. umpire certifications, Mr. Ward has personally handled close to 300 appraisals and has been called upon to serve as umpire as well. His approach to appraisal is one of dispute resolution. 

Mr. Ward has the expertise and skillset in handling large loss fire and water damage. During Mr. Ward’s tenure as a carrier General Adjuster, he would routinely receive an assignment Monday morning to handle the “fire of the week” in his local territory or in another state. Often leaving that night to be on-site at the customer’s property the next morning to evaluate the damages. Mr. Ward has personally evaluated hundreds of fire losses, both residential and commercial.

Mr. Ward is credentialed as a Level II Xactimate Subject Matter Expert and is also in possession of both the FSRT (Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician) and WRT (Water Restoration Technician) course designations from the “IICRC”. Mr. Ward received the Haag Residential Inspection certificate during his tenure and has personally inspected close to 3,000 roofs. He has participated in several catastrophe “CAT” events in the Midwest from 2011-2016 and was also deployed for the Santa Rosa wildfires of 2017 and the Camp wildfires of 2018.

Mr. Ward holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degree from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, CA. When not working, he enjoys Disney trips, visiting tropical locations, going to the movies, hitting the gun range, and flying.
